What do I do if I do not have a Z Account? How do I register?

If you do not have a customer account yet, you can easily sign up or register at Z Account. To do this, fill in the input fields under Registration.
Caution: The fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed.

What does login mean? How do I sign up?

As a registered user, you can easily and quickly log on to the zeppelin.com and take full advantage of the personal account. To do so, go to Z Account or Registration / Login and log in with your e-mail address and your password.
In addition, with your Z account you can use many other digital Zeppelin services bundled with a central login. The number of participating applications and services will continue to grow in the future, so the Z Account will be your personal access to all Zeppelin applications.

What advantages do I have if I register with Z Account?

A Z Account brings you many benefits:

  • Quick Registration: All you need to do is enter your name, email address and password Create your account.
  • Central Access: The Z Account is your gateway to Zeppelin's many digital services and applications. The number of participating applications is growing steadily.
  • Security: Logging in via the Z account is safe and fast. You decide which data you want to deposit and which applications you want to use via the Z account.

What do I do when I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to Z Account in the login area. Click on the "Forgotten password" link. Please enter your login e-mail address on the following page. You will then be sent an e-mail with a link to the specified address. If you follow this link, you will be redirected to a secure page where you have the opportunity to re-assign your password. Please note that the link has a validity of 60 minutes for security reasons.

I want to change my personal information. What do I have to do?

Should your personal data change, you can change it yourself under "Personal data" in your customer account. Just log in and edit your data under "Personal data".

What is the workspace? And what can I do here?

The workspace is your personal workplace in your customer account. By linking applications and services, you can tailor it to your needs. Simply log in and select the appropriate applications in the Workspace area. The list of participating services and applications is growing, so more applications will soon be available and can be added to your workspace. Once you've linked your favorites to your workspace, you can access them anytime by selecting the application.

How can I delete my customer account?

If you want to have your customer account deleted, you can delete it under "account settings" in your customer account. Just log in and confirm the deletion with your password. Your account and your saved data are deleted.
